ALL TIME Favorite Foundations Review

Since you guys always ask me what foundation I use.. Here are my two ALL TIME favorite foundations, they're both makeup forever products 😁The one on the left is a liquid and the one on the right comes in stick form.
The liquid foundation has the perfect amount of coverage for everyday use, but you can build it up to full coverage if needed. I use it for my daily makeup (preferably with a damp beauty blender) because it doesn't feel too heavy, cakey, or oily.
The stick foundation on the other hand has a more buttery consistency so I wouldn't recommend it for oily skin. It has a higher coverage than the liquid foundation and blends so easily whether you're using a brush or beauty blender. I prefer using this foundation on clients or when I'm going in for shoots because the finish is really smooth and flawless.

RAINBOW SALAD

This simple concept wins my vote hands down. You might know that I’m not a salad person, but I absolutely adore the fresh flavors that come with Japanese and Vietnamese recipes. Although this dish is traditionally Hawaiian, the ingredients are astonishingly similar to Japanese sushi and Vietnamese rice paper spring rolls. Popular toppings are tuna, salmon and octopus, but vegetarian options also include tofu and kimchi. New world twists include substitutions like quinoa or freekeh for the base, with tomato, beans, sriracha and mayo on top.
This is my first attempt at a poke bowl. I call it “rainbow” because the colors are just too beautiful: coral colored salmon, pale green avo, pink pickled ginger, purple cabbage and bright orange carrot. My base is basmati rice, although sushi rice will work even better. I mixed finely sliced blackish nori sheets and some rice vinegar into my cooked rice for some added zing and lots of umami.
This dish is stunning in every sense: visually beautiful, delightfully textural and a taste explosion. It is a fantastic choice for a packed lunch or an outdoor picnic. I look forward to exploring many more combinations this year.

Ingredients Serves 4:1 - 1/2 cups Rice (sushi, jasmine or Basmati)15 ml Rice vinegar 1 to 2 cups Finely sliced, dried seaweed/nori sheets About 320 to 400g fresh salmon, skinless and boneless, sliced/cubed 1 Large avocado, sliced/cubed 1 cup Shredded purple cabbage 1 cup Shredded carrot 1 cup Mango, peeled & diced 1 Bunch spring onion, finely sliced 4 Tbsp Pickled ginger, sliced A handful sprouts A handful fresh coriander, chopped (optional)A sprinkle of sesame seeds Soy sauce, for dressing Method Cook your rice according to the package, using salted water. When cooked and drained, add the vinegar and sliced nori and stir well.Fill your bowls half-full with the hot rice mixture. Top with salmon, avo, cabbage, carrot, mango, spring onion, sprouts and coriander in neat sections. Sprinkle the salmon with sesame seeds, then add soy sauce to taste. And Enjoy it.

Review! Maybelline age rewind concealer

Time for a review! Today's product: @Maybelline age rewind concealer.
-
This is literally the ONLY drugstore concealer I ever use. I might even use it more than my high end concealers because I go through these so quick. Mine is in the shade "Neutralizer"
-
It's not too thick, it can look like "no makeup" if you blend it in correctly. It's perfect for everyday use, but it can definitely be layered to your preferred thickness.
-
I've currently been using this concealer all over my face as a foundation and it gives me a smooth, flawless finish without feeling too cakey, and I've found that I don't have to set it with powder like I do with foundation πŸ˜

5 tricks to improve your focus in study for final

For those of you who don't know me in "real life" (even though blog/social media life is still kinda real, right?), I'm a serial multitasker. I always think I can do 10 things at once, and I can. Except...none of them are done well. Shocker, I know.

It's no secret that finals week is a freaking abundance of distraction/confusion/everything in between. So, let's get our heads on straight. I've been searching up and down the Web for some kind of breakthrough/testing my own methods, and I've come up with five that I think will help even the most alive of college gals maintain that steel resolve straight through those cruel all-night study sessions:

1. DON'T BE DISTURBED.

One surefire way to eliminate distraction is by putting your phone/computer into "do not disturb" mode. Nobody wants to do it, and it takes a lot of self-discipline, but it's totally worth it to have an in the zone, side-convo-free study sesh. Those texts will still be there waiting for you after you're done working!

2. CHOOSE YOUR LOCATION WISELY.

Even though laptops/tablets/etc. make it easy to work from, well anywhere (with wifi), not every potential study spot is created equally. Choose an environment where you know there will be few distractions. Example: I know I need to isolate myself from my friends if I actually want to get things done. Therefore, I migrate to my bedroom when it's time to do work. The same principles apply for people who thrive off of group study environments. Seek out the situation in which you perform best and use it to your advantage!

3. SET THE MOOD.

If you prefer to study from home, like me, it can be extremely beneficial to "set the mood" before you begin working. I know, sounds silly, right? BUT, the whole point is to setup your space in a way that works for you (i.e. promotes focus, reduces stress). For me, this includes tidying up my space, getting out some essential oils (I'll do a full post on this soon if anyone's interested), and putting on the ultimate finals playlist. These are all things that help me to get relaxed and in the zone for a long day/night of studying. Am I crazy, or is anyone else with me?Let me know in the comments!

4. MAKE A LIST.

There's something about to-do lists that just works. It's satisfying crossing each item off of the list, so it can motivate you to do things you may otherwise brush off, and it prevents you from forgetting all of the things you have yet to do. Sure, there's a part of you that may want to forget about some of those things, but you (and your GPA!) will rejoice when you've nailed that A as a result of your hard work and dutiful task management. I know it's hard to maintain regular list. So, you can go with short note to do. Maybe it's for a night/day or for an hour.

5. REWARD YOURSELF.

One of the biggest challenges for me when it comes to studying is thinking of all of the other things I'd rather be doing (ha!). Whatever it is that you enjoy (for me, it's currently How to Get Away With myself), try postponing it until you've accomplished an item on your to-do list (or have completed the entire list, if you want to get ambitious!). This should help you stay motivated throughout your study, knowing that there will be a reward/relaxation at the end. If you can't get ride on, put a notepad beside you and Write down shortly, what you are thinking or what's disturbing you to attention. Then after your work done, think about those staff. However, just be alert that you don't rush through your work to get to the reward!

Wishing you all the best of luck with finals! Let me know if you've got any killer tips I should know about in the comments below :)

how i started my journey for being VIQI

viqi
It was 2005, when i start my journey with Viqarunnisa noon school and collage. Its  the best school and college for girls in Bangladesh. i'm so lucky that i'm a student or apart of this heaven.
Viqarunnisa was establish on 1952. website of vnsc
Thanks to my mother who's wish make me the part of Viqarunnisa noon school and college. She always expect a little more from me. I have two more sisters but me i'm her apple of eye. In 2004 when viqarunnisa open a new branch at Bashundhara residential area.My mother decided that she's going to admit me there.
That time student were taken selected, Admission exam was taken. And that exam question  was too hard and we got exam for 1sit most probably 20 to 30 student. So, it was really too hard and there no chance to get admitted with any kind requirement. I took personal care by a very good teacher who know what type if question can be there in admission test. Her daughter also a student of there. i studied to her for 1year. then exam....

As far i remain it was December month. The night before exam. My mother and father brought a lovely yellow t-shirt, jeans, pink jacket and a pair of shoe. I was happy but very tensed. I study to hard what will happen if i unable to answer . I was nearly unable to sleep, thinking that if couldn't woke up and got late for exam.
Then morning 5am we( me along with my parents) went to Baily road. It was too morning but after reach there i saw some people also come there already. here my teacher also come and other student of her. i was excited and nervous. after some time that place crowded with almost 2k people just in-front of the main gate. At 8-9am gate opened . we all run. I still have no idea why that day we run!!  Then we the student made a line and took to class room for exam. I was sat with my known friend Tonu. She's also a student of my teacher. after exam we visit our teacher place all of us too tense. But the good fact is I was very confident and happy, answered all those question.
Then i took a visit to my native village after a long time. All my cousin were come. We had great fun as usual. I have a lots of cousin sisters and brothers. I was too young that time, everyone love me the most and still they do the same. That was winter season so time for different types pan-cakes, sweet-water etc. touch of winter season
After a period, that day come result publishing! again everyone tense, looks worried and tired. in morning my mother and father decided to go to the school to see the result. They left and it's just 15 to 20 min they come back at home. My Father was sat on a chair in-front of the main door and my Mother start kissing me with a big hug. And i was like! what happening! Am i get in or not! I asked. please, someone tell me it's real! then my two sister and my childhood friend Orin come to me and start kissing and hugging. After that I hugged my Father because he was cried like a baby! I never saw my father to cry ever in life. And that was his emotion of happiness that come through by his eyes. then me and Orin start dancing and jumping like frog!!! Orin is my childhood friend. And she also a VIQI.
Then I get ready and go to my school to see my result. Oh, my teacher called my parents that I got in Viqarunnisa noon school and college. She saw my result firstly. So then, I went to my school that main branch. It has lovely huge play ground. There, all the result list of selected student were hanged. I went there with my elder sister Suborna, Shompa and his husband. Everyone was too happy.
After coming home, I saw my father took a lots of sweets and mother packing in part to send our relative and friends home with a good news. We want to our teachers home too with sweets. There she also show me love and give warm wish for future. Then we come back home and had a kitty party at night.
That time is one of my best day in life. So, this is how i get admit to Viqarunnisa noon school and college. So, I'm the student of Viqarunnisa noon school and college, Bashundhara branch, Day shift.
